Eagle Airport (EGE) Nonstop Flights, Winter 2026–27

Every nonstop into Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) for winter 2026–27: 15 cities on United, American, Delta and Alaska, with dates and how far Vail is.

Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), in Gypsum, is the closest commercial airport to Vail and Beaver Creek: about 35 miles from Vail and under 30 from Beaver Creek, with no mountain pass in between. Most of its flights are winter-only, so it pays to know exactly who flies here and when.

For winter 2026–27 we count 19 nonstop routes to 15 cities on four airlines: United (7), American (6), Delta (4) and Alaska (2). The list below matches the airport's own airlines page; dates and frequencies come from the published winter schedule we checked in fall 2026. Schedules change, so always check with the airline before you book.

Where a route shows March 31, that's the end of the published schedule window, not necessarily the last flight of the season.

When the schedule is busiest

The schedule thickens over the holidays (December 17–January 4) and again from mid-February through March, when United adds Denver and Houston frequencies and American adds Phoenix flights. Those are also the weeks when restaurants, ski school and rides book out first, so plan the whole trip early.

Two changes since recent seasons: Frontier ended its Eagle service in April 2025, and American's Charlotte flight from last winter isn't on the 2026–27 calendar we saw.

Eagle or Denver?

Eagle puts you on the snow fast: Vail is about 45 minutes away and Beaver Creek 30–40, along the Eagle River valley with no pass to cross. Denver has far more flights and fares, but adds a drive of about two and a half hours over Vail Pass and through the Eisenhower Tunnel, longer in a storm. If the flight times work, Eagle usually wins on a short ski trip; for summer, or for a nonstop Eagle doesn't offer, Denver is the practical choice.

Either way, the drive is ours: see Eagle airport to Vail, Eagle airport to Beaver Creek and Denver airport to Vail, or start with the airport transportation hub.
