Booking & cancelling

- Cancel more than 48 hours before your ride and it's refunded, minus the card processing fee.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before, 50% of the fare is kept.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time, and your driver adjusts to your actual arrival — no need to call us.
Which vehicles do you drive?
Luxury full-size SUVs — Expedition MAX, Yukon XL, Suburban or similar — and an 11-passenger Ford Transit for larger groups.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us your children's ages when you book or in the chat, and we'll have the right seats in the car.
